From our teacher-led professional development workshops to our student-led vanguard teams, our school’s values of celebrating community, change, and courage truly come through. Environment
At McManus, our infrastructure provides the opportunity for our students and teachers to experience learning anywhere.
iPads and Webex have transformed learning and assisted us in responding to the ever-changing educational needs by implementing an innovative hybrid learning model. The incorporation of AirPods and smartboards elevate this model. Teachers are equipped with iPad stands, HDMI cables, and adapters to bridge the gap between hybrid and virtual learners. Even when students are learning at home, hotspots are provided to ensure that everyone has equitable access to the internet. As part of our future vision, we have completely redesigned our media center to include collaboration stations, Apple TV, and portable smart-boards. New access points have been added to the building to guarantee internet access throughout. McManus Middle School continues to innovate and build momentum in the 21st-century learning environment by challenging the way our students critically and creatively think.
